mission of N.C. SAFETeens, Inc. is to educate young people about traumatic injury resulting
from risk taking behaviors, and to provide effective strategies for
the prevention of such injury.
Value Statements
N.C. SAFETeens, Inc. will strive to:
• Provide effective injury prevention education to young people
in North Carolina counties;
• Provide effective strategies to enable young people to use
their minds to protect their bodies;
• Build collaborative efforts with community agencies and organizations;
• Maintain quality assurance in all aspects of programming.
